The fourth annual 5K (run/walk) for Kaitlyn Eckelberry will be happening Saturday, September 28, 2024. Proceeds will go toward The Kaitlyn Eckelberry Memorial Fund, which will be distributed through scholarships and community efforts in need of her heavenly help.  The beautiful Eckelberry Family will be supporting the event and look forward to seeing you there!  Help us, help others through Katie💙 501c3 approved.

Lake Erie Arboretum at Frontier

The Fifth Annual 5K for Kait Memorial Run/Walk for Kaitlyn Eckelberry will be happening Saturday, September 28, 2024. Proceeds will go toward The Kaitlyn Eckelberry Memorial Fund, which will be distributed through scholarships and community efforts in need of her heavenly help. Katie's Kids has assisted over 1,250 school aged children within the Stark County (OH) & Erie (PA) area.

When: Saturday, September 28, 2024.

Who: Everyone, kids can participate for free.

Where: Erie, PA or Virtual.

ERIE LOCATION: Lake Erie Arboretum at Frontier, Education Center located next to the tennis courts.

1501 W Sixth St - Erie, PA - 16505.
Check in begins at 8:00AM - Race start time: 9:00AM. Snacks, coffee & water will be provided.
Be ready for the chance to win some great gift baskets! There will be a basket raffle, winners will be announced after the walk/run. Cash, check, and venmo will be accepted.

VIRTUAL: Run at your convenience, please share photos!

Sign up before September 10, 2024, for the option to purchase a short-sleeved 5K for Kait shirt and/or an embroidered crewneck. Shirts from previous years will be available for purchase on race day at a discounted price - first come, first serve. Additional shirt shipping fee if you plan to participate virtually. Please email karleyherberger@gmail.com to confirm shipping address.

Can’t make it? There will be an option to donate without registering to race. Look for the DONATE button at the top of the webpage.
